The impact of human factors on rail, from station refurbishment to the journey experience

David Watts, MD of CCD Design and Ergonomics an IEHF Registered Consultancy, has been interviewed by Rail Professional magazine. He was asked why, in 2014, the Institute of Human Factors and Ergonomics is promoting the use of Human Factors in transport.
